- 60g kernels
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
For this recipe, I used a microwavable silicon popcorn maker.
Mix all of the ingredients together in the silicon popcorn maker and microwave for 3-4 minutes.
If cooking on stovetop, use a heavy bottomed pan or pot with a lid. Add all ingredients into pan and cover the lid. Once the kernels start popping, shake the pan to prevent burning. Immediately remove pan from heat once the popping slows down.
